The Influence of Work Motivation, Emotional Intelligence, and Competence on Occupation Satisfaction Through Work Achievement in the Library Service in South Sulawes

Purpose: This research was conducted to analyze and explain the effect of work motivation, emotional intelligence, competency on occupation satisfaction through performance. Theoretical framework: Collecting data using a questionnaire as many 233 respondents. Design/methodology/approach: The method used in this study is descriptive analysis SEM (structural equation modeling) with help SmartPLS program. Findings: results showed that there an important positive direct motivation performance, intelligence competence satisfaction, not intelligence. Research, Practical & Social implications: indirect satisfaction. Originality/value: Emotional performance
